At Rescue Paws, we want you to love your new fashion finds as much as we love helping animals. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
